| Pritchard Creek to West Table is rather mellow, the average float time for this section is two and a half hours. This section is comprised of many riffles, gravel bars and side channels. If you would rather go for the whitewater, West Table to Sheep Gulch is your stretch of river. A narrower rock ledged channel produce a faster flow with Class II and III rapids. The Grand Canyon of the Snake is located in-between Hoback Junction and Alpine just minutes from the Double L Ranch. |
